Remember when I told you this…a new kind of Christian leader will soon appear on the American stage. They will not fit any present mold. They will be the catalysts. They will usher in the next great awakening. They will appear because conditions will demand their appearance.
Consider how the coronavirus can be the pretext to change the very way churches and ministries operate. Even to the point of banning public gatherings.
In the next few years, you will likely see social media virtually remove all preaching. Not only that, but there will be a concerted effort to marginalize the church in ways you never imagined. Does that mean that Bible-based Christianity is over in America? Absolutely not! You watch: God will come out of nowhere to meet this threat.
A big difference you will see in the coming leaders is where they serve. A few of them will be in pulpits. More of them will be in politics, business, science, law, entertainment, music, or a thousand other fields of endeavor. They will not introduce subjects—they will introduce eras.
No one will be able to buy them off or get them to change the subject. They will operate on a disquieting plane of holiness and consecration. I believe A. W. Tozer was describing them when he said, “They serve God and mankind from motives too high to be understood by the rank and file of religious retainers who today shuttle in and out of the sanctuary.”
Today they suffer. Their agony is what happens when worlds collide. They see their destiny. It’s big and dangerous. A part of them glories in the potential to know God intimately and represent Him bravely. They see themselves rebuking kings, tyrants, and warmongers. They see themselves commanding the transfer of the wealth of the wicked into the control of the righteous. (Is. 60:5)
God is warring to save America. You must find your assignment in that war. But how can we know our assignment?
The secret to finding your assignment is your heart. God speaks to the heart and then the heart must control the mind. Today, many spirit-filled believers are unwittingly involved in New Age practices. They relate to God as if He were some kind of ‘force’ rather than a Person.
They think that audacity and confidence will unlock gifts, authority, and direction. They speak of “activating gifts” as if there was a formula to supernatural manifestations. My friend, it comes through brokenness, not arrogance. The ‘force’ is a farce.
The gifts and anointing of the Holy Spirit always come through relationship. Sorry, but Christianity has always been, and always will be, family owned and operated. So then how can we know our assignment?
Your assignment in the Army of God is your individual expression and extension of Christ’s destruction of the works of the devil. You are a destroyer of the works of the devil. God will give you a way to do it that is unique to you.
Until that gets through to you—until you admit and agree to those terms—God will remain silent about your assignment.
Because the situation today in America is an impossible one, only one kind of person will make a difference now. They must be armed with divine certainty. They must own an unshakable, bone-deep conviction that they have been chosen for this task.
Without this, we have zero hope of removing the bloody talons of Satan from the throat of our nation. Without it, we are doomed to another embarrassing misfire, pawned off as revival.
Next, you must face the fact that very few believers are supposed to be teachers, preachers, or pastors (see James 3:1). For too long, we have listened to the voice of God through a filter. In the past, whenever God has moved someone to serve Him, we have assumed it meant ‘ministry.’
This assumption of ministry has sent many Christians to Bible College who didn’t belong there. Worse yet, it has filled pulpits with people who should have never been ordained. This reminds me of why President Woodrow Wilson once said, “One of the proofs of the divinity of the Gospel is the preaching it has survived.”
This filtered view of service is one big reason the church lost influence in our nation. God tried to send people into education, law, medicine, business, art, media, and yes, even politics−but instead, we herded them into “Christian service.”
You see it in the Bible. You see it in the stories of heroes of faith throughout history who altered the course of their generation. At the dawn of their mission, God infused them with incontestable certainty.
This certainty plays a critical role in their survival. Think of it like the escape velocity of a rocket. Escape velocity is one of the biggest challenges of space travel. In order for a rocket to break free of the Earth’s gravitational force it must reach a speed of seven miles per second. That’s 25,000 miles per hour!
Evil convulses at the approach of a new vessel of God. Hell instantly puts chosen ones on a hit list. The child of God must be blasted by divine certainty into a trajectory that will escape the pull of devils, the seduction of fame, withering criticism, and the dark night of the soul that comes to all who are called of God.
From his death bed, John Wesley wrote his last letter to William Wilberforce to encourage him as he fought in Parliament to abolish slavery in England. In this letter, Wesley confirms the urgency of divine certainty: “Unless God has raised you up for this very thing, you will be worn out by the opposition of men and devils. But if God be for you, who can be against you? Are all of them together stronger than God? O be not weary of well doing! Go on, in the name of God and in the power of his might…”
Understand this child of God! The same Spirit that is awakening a passion and direction in you is doing the same thing to millions more. Soon an army will emerge that will invade every area of our culture.
Today it is sporadic fire, here and there, but soon the prophetic core of God will obey and embrace their assignment. They will come together in a chorus of victory that will be unlike anything we have ever seen.
Never forget, Christianity will survive without America−but America will not survive without Christianity.

This is sooo true! The Lord showed me a young couple in America who is being prepared for this role! Humble young people, who are prepared to give every minute of their lives to serve and glorify Jesus Christ!
While I was reading this I wanted to scream at the top of my voice. This needs to be shouted across the whole world. This comes from a true Prophet of God. It flows from the heart of the Father in heaven. I can feel it shaking the gates of hell.

That is so riveting for my Husband and I.
The 4th chapter of my book is titled,

D you think Christians could be led by God to run for an office in the government? I mean they are so corrupt maybe Christians shouldn’t be in politics. A Christians fellow Christians tell them they are to just pray do not get involved in politics. What if you feel God is leading you this route though?

Its been often said what ever upsets us the most is what we are to speak out about, but I find all most everything the people in this nation and the Church upsets me, because both go against the word of God, even the so called Church deny’s the word, which is Jesus Christ, [ I am the way, the truth and the Life, John 14:6, John 1:1 in the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God, Jesus Christ is the word, they can not deny him, if you do you have no armor, no weapons, and you can’t even pray right, there trying to have a church with out the son of God.] and he said if you deny me before men, I will deny you before my father, Mat 10:33, but yet they deny the word, we have a mess being taught out there, and it up sets me to the core, they can preach there crap, and the people cheer, we preach the truth of the word, and they scream and hate us, we are trying to prepare them to stand and show them the true way that leads to heaven, and we are hated for it, because they like there sin, therefore they hate the Word, and we will give them word until our last breath, but they are doing there best to silence us, the POB and others have come in and screamed LOVEAND PEACE like a 60’s hippie, and sleep with every one, to contaminate the church, tell us to tone it down, to put out the fire and run the Holy Spirit off, and there goes the Power and presence, and then they say the word doesn’t matter, the Ten Commandments doesn’t matter, and they back evil and sin, and evil people, I was reading Rom. 1 and was going to tell how the Dems were reprobates, and as I read I was shocked, because I was reading the verses Jesus gave me when he took me to heaven, 2 Cor 12:20-21, and said all these things are going on in my Church and there not ready, now go back and tell them, and preach with more fire than ever before, and they were telling me to tone it down, and Jesus said turn it up, I thought when I got back, there goes my other two friends, because they were now the ones telling me to tone it down, they will not want you to come back, but I am thinking what is happening here, I am preaching like the old time Holy Ghost filled anointed preachers, what’s wrong, and it hit me later, thats what they do not want, Satan has to disarm the church, and shoot like a sniper, and stab in the back, and hit below the belt, and the word says in the old testament he hates some one who hits below the belt, the law says there hand should be cut off, and that about all satan does, like a coward, the Church has made it all about things, and quit pushing the enemy back, and he has taken the church no battles, satan takes ground, and the church today is not even taught to fight, Jesus did it all I don’t have to do anything, or Jesus is anointed and I follow him so I don’t need one, any body got an old fashion wood shed, lol, but they teach them you don’t need the anointing, the Holy spirit doesn’t convict of sin, WELL HE ALWAYS HAS ME, they been told conviction is condemnation, no conviction let’s you know you did wrong to make it right, condemnation is when you continue in sin as the world does, the world is condemned by sin already, John 3:17 for God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved. The world is condemned by sin, and if Christian keep sinning willfully they are condemned to, Jesus came to save us from the rest of the world, sin Condemns the world thats why we must come out of the world, but they have brought sin and the world into the church, and ran the Holy Spirit and Holiness out, instead of the praises going up and bringing the blessing down[ his presence] they work up an emotional hype and call it his presence and its just emotions, not the presence, if you pick songs that give him glory and honor his presence will come down, but they have run him off, and man wants to control the church, and do a natural work, when the work of God is supernatural, and can not be done in the natural, thats why no healings today, no deliverance, Demons are now running alot of churches and are already in government office’s, use to we locked the criminally insane up now they run for President. We are in a horrible mess and it will take the true warriors of God to stand and fight to bring us out, he told me to put Jer. 18:8 of Twitter this morning proving a lot of people are not changing like he said to repent 2 Chr. 7:14, but are going to keep on doing as they were, and he said do not even eat with them, so we are going to have to be the army of God, because others are going to keep on sleeping, I think the NTC mayor is telling people to snitch on people, especially the ones gathering for church, in other places any way, so much aimed at the church, a blind man could see it, but yet the ones who say they can see, can’t see a thing, a few are standing but how many do you really see speaking out in the big churches, I tried to put a message on fb the other day, I put up some initials, and they would not post it, had to rewrite it 3 times, they are controlling us, and the vision I had showed they are not only after our guns, but they are after the word of God to, they do not want the truth preached, and some of us will die preaching the truth if it comes to it, but welcome to the new world of God and Christian haters, so we need to find out what our jobs are and take them, because the Lord needs people in every walk of life, all jobs, especially the government ones. We have allowed the Adversary to take control of the culture. And much of the social issues are not political but cultural. Which is spiritual. We need to see believers as college professors, journalists and Hollywood producers.
Conservatives, which includes evangelicals, often have retreated from the culture. It is time to take that back.

This is such an encouraging word, and this is what we have to see in order to save this country. I just read an article by Kevin Sorbo, regarding our loss of freedoms from this virus. He is trying to wake Americans up, by warning them that this is not about our health, not when it comes to the draconian measures that most of these governors are taking. They are pushing people too far. I suspect the protests are just beginning. We need powerful, Spirit-filled Christians to be speaking out, such as Kevin, loud and clear. President Trump is not interested in taking away our freedoms, he loves America and loves freedom–but what about when a democrat gets in? It is extremely doubtful that we will see a Republican victory in 2024, and I think those of us here are aware of what a disaster that will mean for our freedom in America. I just read a story that other viruses are coming into China from foreigners and they are cracking down on those people. We are kidding ourselves if we think CV is the only thing coming down the pike. Our church is a wonderful church but they have gone to sleep on the subject of Bible Prophecy. Since 1/3 of the Bible deals with prophecy, it’s doubtful that the Lord put all that in there for us to ignore and pretend it will never happen. If we don’t warn people of what is coming and what we and they will deal with, who will? What makes us think we will not be held accountable for failing to warn people of His soon Return? God has been laying down the groundwork for this great move that is about to occur. I too believe that a great ingathering is about to occur and we’ve been laying down the groundwork for quite some time. I’m a nurse, not a preacher. I offer to pray with some of my patients. I don’t preach sermons because that’s not what God has called me to be. I’m a seed planter as most of us are. I’m the one that people remember that I prayed out loud in Jesus’ name to start that IV successfully on just one try. When my patients talk about me as that funny nurse from New Orleans who is always happy. When they ask, I just say The joy of the Lord is my strength. Again, subtle hints/seeds that provoke thought. And when that door is open, I love sharing Jesus with them. Mario, you really hit the nail on the head with this one. I love and appreciate you and Mechelle. Yall are always in my prayers.
Powerful word, Mario. Most of those who read here have hearts that beat the same. Only God knows the next moves of those in power around the world. Only He knows how all this will work out. I believe with all my heart we will see one more great harvest of souls, with God working with us as never before. At our drive in church Sunday morning, as I was praying, the moment the words came out of my mouth, “God I thank you for your presence here today,” a wind swirled around us that was not of this world!!! A college professor with a doctorate degree who was converted recently told me, “I felt that wind down to my bones! I know He was here!!!” None of us will ever forget that moment. Thank God for His abiding, loving presence. We are not alone!! The best is still ahead.

I want to know how and when the Holy Spirit was first banned from the church. Was it the church fathers and Augustine who knew the power of the baptism of Holy Spirit?
I think it would be a good subject to teach my women’s bible study as we are going to start studying the book of Acts.
