You have not heard from me in a while, but now there is fire in my bones. And I must speak out!
Something very dangerous is gripping American Christians. The largest percentage of believers we have ever seen now believe revival is impossible. More than ever before, believers are convinced that America is beyond hope.
An anti-God tsunami has swept over our nation, and Christian leaders feel it keenly. The ruling elite who are in D.C. are bearing down on the Church and Christian families. They are exerting illegal force over what we say and how we raise our children. And now they mean to control our money.
Moral depravity is at its zenith in America. Naturally, violence follows immorality—and violence of every kind is increasing in every city.
And in every city where our Tent goes up, we face unprecedented persecution.

Advertising is banned. Our workers see the resistance on the streets. We have to work twice as hard to get half as much done.
The devil told me I was crazy to do it. I just invested nearly $400,000 in soul winning. We bought a tent that seats 5,000, an arena-rated sound system, a new lighting system, 2,000 new chairs, a television studio trailer, and a semi-truck trailer.

Satan has thwarted the American church with a paralyzing lie about revival. There are grave misunderstandings that we have about revival. Let me hit the biggest lie.
We do not realize that mercy causes revival. Yes, we must repent. Yes, there must be fervent prayer. But revival is—in the final definition—an act of mercy. Yes, we must do our part, but the real victory comes directly from the hand of God. And it will come yet again, in America. Why? It is what He does whenever evil is exalted.
When evil is exalted, God looks for deliverers. He scans the nation to see who will cleanse themselves from the carnal church and the intoxicated preachers. He looks for those who will allow God to make them indestructible and irresistible voices to restore America.
Here is a mirror of modern America from Isaiah 59 in the Old Testament:
Isaiah 59:14 “Justice is turned away backward, and righteousness (uprightness and right standing with God) stands far off; for truth has fallen in the street (the city’s forum), and uprightness cannot enter [the courts of justice].
15 Yes, truth is lacking, and he who departs from evil makes himself a prey. And the Lord saw it, and it displeased Him that there was no justice.
16 And He saw that there was no man and wondered that there was no intercessor [no one to intervene on behalf of truth and right]; therefore, His own arm brought Him victory, and His own righteousness [having the Spirit without measure] sustained Him.”
There is a lot to digest in these verses. We are living in that moment where truth has fallen in the streets, justice is not in the courtroom, and anyone who tries to do the right thing makes themselves a target. Not only this, but: We have just uncovered the greatest sin of the modern church—silence! A sin that is justified by taking a verse completely out of context. And that word is ‘intercessor.’

We have over 400,000 protestant ministers in America. If only once they would speak out against evil, it would turn the tide. Many Christians believe that Isaiah 59:16 is only about prayer. We have too many intercession movements that never get around to confronting the evil. For them, prayer can be abused into an excuse to remain silent. What power we would see if we prayed and obeyed!

Notice that in Isaiah’s day God was shocked by the silence. And He is also shocked today! Shocked at how far perversion can go without any pushback from preachers. But notice what God did next: “…therefore, His own arm brought Him victory.”
God will act out of love and mercy for our nation. But woe to those who were silent!
Revival will still come because a righteous core is still praying, and God will act out of love and mercy for our nation. But woe to those who were silent!
Therefore, I made the massive investment for souls because I know that a massive ingathering of souls is even at the door. You will see it.
But I must close with a word of warning. Those of you in pulpits who refuse to speak out against the evil: beware! Those who have remained silent will not go unpunished. Therefore, repent and declare the truth!
Yes, the revival will come. And yes, the nation will be spared. But those voices that built bunkers by avoiding truth—those who took the Bible out of context to protect their ministries will suffer great loss.
Esther 4:14, “For if you keep silent at this time, relief and deliverance shall arise for the Jews from elsewhere, but you and your father’s house will perish. And who knows but that you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this and for this very occasion?”

Mario I’m an intercessor and have been praying for 20 some years for revival and an awakening. At that time God placed it on my heart to pray for awakening had no idea what that really meant until 2 years ago. God has told me he is not done and I’m not done so I keep on praying and I am so encouraged by you and your tent revivals.

But, yes I am one of those who has been pleading for Revival, true nation changing Revival for at least a decade. But, I come on too passionate, too intense and get dismissed out of hand.
I held out hope until China and Russia made a pact and yesterday I heard that China was courting Germany.
I have been in Revival I have both heard and felt God, miraculously, in both a soul saving and a life saving way.
I don’t understand the complacency I see in the churches or “the come if you want we don’t really care if you don’t”.
We are plagued with ministers who give good talks, but do not preach Repentance. Seem to have no concept of walking in The Holy Spirit nor any desire to do so themselves or encourage others.
I am sick at heart. I have been in services where you couldn’t keep people from Worshiping from the heart in Spirit and in truth, where the building was shaken without an earthquake and where we were once there was an earthquake and we were so intent on Jesus we didn’t feel it
Where Jesus walked through our midst while He healed and touched folks and our pastor could do nothing but stand on the side of the platform with a silly grin on his face. [No evangelist, no apostle, no bishop… Just Jesus]
Oh there are a few stories I could share with you. But, the point is this.
1. NOTHING IS TOO HARD FOR GOD
2. But, at this point I believe discipline will come before Revival and that will usher Jesus’ return.
Whether pre-trib, mid-trib or post-trib doesn’t matter the church isn’t ready, willing or able to receive Jesus’ Discipline.
I am a pre-trib pre-millieanlist, but, I also believe that the church in America will see The Beginning of Sorrows.

The devil is attacking our “hope” from different fronts; our children and their education, our judicial system, our Christian values, and finally our faith. The only Silence I perform is my quiet time with God and even then He boldly tells me to keep evangelizing the truth when I am street witnessing. The churches are still dead in their trespasses with just a few finally speaking out against evil.

the body of believers I attend Sunday service with seems oblivious to the evil we are seeing.. we talk about it somewhat at social events but most either don’t see any affect on their lives or a lot have no idea of world events and even some who keep voting for evil without taking the time to understand. My leadership preach from Scripture and have a heart for the Lord but are not invested in speaking of current social uprising (evil) from the pulpit . I’ve spoken to an elder to no avail, frustrating, yet seem to be told to be patient and the time will come for speaking out.
I believe Revival is coming in massive numbers.

I don’t usually post prayer requests online like this, but my coworker is in a desperate situation today. She is having to stand up to evil in the DHS system. She and her husband took in a pregnant 11 year old a year ago who had been raped and possibly trafficked. They have been living in a Christian environment since and DHS said it was her decision what happened to her baby. As soon as the girl tried to choose a Christian family to adopt her baby this last month, DHS has tried to remove them from the home. One DHS director said he was going to “put on his liberal hat and stomp out her parental rights.” DHS secretly put the baby under their custody on Friday, he had not been because he lives with his mother. They plan on reaching out to the rapists family to see if they want him.
Today they are having an emergency meeting in front of a judge to decide this. Please pray with us that God intervenes on their behalf. I know satan is after all children and this has been the most blatant attempt I’ve ever seen.

I am appalled by the weakness of the Christian church. As an intercessor I have known that destruction was coming for years now. I stand with Jesus and hold on to His right hand. My voice is my weapon and I will never be silenced.
I think that anyone who knows God, believes that He can do a revival on us individually or a group. There is no where in the scriptures about an American revival or great revival. I believe it is our purpose and God’s will for us to be used to reach out to the lost and bring them to know our Lord being lead by the Holy Spirit . However, Jesus plainly stated in Matthew that narrow is the road leading to eternal life and broad and spacious the road leading to destruction. The Pastors you reference who don’t teach the truth but more the traditions of men, teach this to be accepted by their members. People don’t want to believe and listen to the true Word, because that would require repentance and a change of life style. We need to pray for the lost and those of us in the body to recognize that we are in a very Laodicean type church today.

I have felt this too and address the evil in a seniors Bible study that I teach to a small group in the mobile home park that I live in. (Chula Vista, CA).
For a while now my AM prayer has been for pastors to be moved by the spirit to speak with boldness and that their boards and elders would stand in support of their pastors. Your blog is spot on, our culture has become so used to the ‘filth’ they are indifferent to it, in many cases relish it and, there ain’t no bottom in the septic tank.

What can I do ? I Pray that the world would turn back to God. I would love to come to your Revival but I have so many things that say I can’t. I have been quiet for long enough ! I want to praise our Lord for all the good He has done ! I keep getting all kinds of weird looks because I pronounce God/Jesus is the one I follow. Many false doctrines are being allowed to run rampant in our nation today, and worldwide. When these doctrines openly confess that the bible is not sufficient, my eyebrow raises. Then my senses ask what is wrong with this picture. I am reading about so many men of God being trapped into these doctrines, trapped by innocence, ignorance, and maybe the need to see an instant move of Jesus, so much so that they are willing to give in to some advantages (they think) that will bring about revival, or the control of America. Control of America is part of these doctrines, and I say be careful and look at the history of what happens when a group thinks it can do better than another group. God is in charge. Can we pray as Abraham did and ask God to spare our nation? As Mario says, we need to turn to God/Jesus and allow the Holy Spirit to move. We are all given a gift, a talent that God has called us to use. Those who can pray, pray, those who are bold in the word, be bold; those who are doing what Mario has been called to do, set up those tents and preach the truth of the LIvING WORD. Those in government, if you are a Christian, a child of God, and called by the Father, use the talent He gave you and stand for that truth in the government. We already have victory through Jesus!!

The reason America has gotten in such bad condition is pastors today are afraid of preaching Truth.I left a church that I had gone to for years.I got tired of hearing the same fluff every week.No answers to anyone’s problems being met.Most pastors lack courage to stand for anything because they are afraid of being persecuted or criticized. I don’t know any pastors in my area that stand up for Truth. I thank God for Mario, a true leader which is rare in America today.

I believe in God. I believe nothing is impossible w God, so I believe revival can happen, but unfortunately the way it is right now, I don’t think it can or will come through the institutional church as we know it as it is currently constructed. Too much selfishness, political maneuvering and everything is done around bringing in money to the ministry. There is abuse going on in ministry lot of people are not talking about. I love what you are doing mario, but too few against what we are up against. Yes all it takes is one w God on your side and I believe revival will come but in an unexpected way and unorthodox channel. That is my opinion.

I know nothing is impossible with God, but I believe most think this nation beyond Grace… except for certain individuals who will receive salvation, the nation as a whole is ripe for judgment. Mario, I remember when the Jesus Film first started being shown. I went on a “mission” trip to Mexico where the film was shown in remote villages. I recall the strange happenings. Film projectors broke down (they had to go through 4 before they could show the whole film), people on the team got sick, some had car trouble, etc. When I remarked on this I was told “This happens all the time. That’s why we have a group praying in that trailer over there.” I joined those praying and was happy to do my part. Do not lose hope. This is just the enemy doing his best to foil God’s plans. He cannot. God is the victor and Jesus has already defeated Satan. I pray for you and your team. You are doing great work for the Lord. May God bless you.

Slay and conquer Old School Style.
Silence is a product of ignorance or fear. If you do not know, how can you speak? But if you know and you still do not voice the truth, it’s because you are afraid of the consequences. The Lord Jesus tells us to be bold. We are to open our mouths with faith, believing God will give us the correct words. We Christians have Christ in us. Colossians 1:27. We have God’s Holy Spirit living inside us, sealed inside us. Jesus died so we could finish his works, doing what he did, in his power, destroying the works of the devil. The devil is a continuously lying blowhard, using words to stop you & God’s Righteousness from moving & overcoming. The evil one was defeated. Speak victory. Speak truth. Speak in love. Jesus opened his mouth believing the Father would give him the words. He always did. We are filled always. Just keep opening your mouth, asking the Father to give you the words. Words rule. Words bring results. Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Others need to hear YOU speak the truth. God will take care of you. He promises. Believe God. Speak the truth in Love. God is Love. Perfect Love casts out fear. Kick fear in the rear. Trust God. Open your mouth. Angels hearken to the voice of His word. You speak & the angels of God will bring them to pass. Period.
So true! Praying for our leaders to repent if any hope for them, but to bless them from the cities to the counties to the state capital and to the nation. The ugliness of sin corrupts our nation but GOD will repay them for whom we pray for if they do not repent. The end has to be near because the evil has gotten so bad in my lifetime! I can remember when they use to hide it and now so open it sickens me. And if me I know HE is sick. Praying for the fear of GOD in our Nation and our churches or they will be lost.

For the past two plus years since first seeing you on Flashpoint my wife and I have partnered with you and are happy to support you with our prayers and finances. No doubt you encounter opposition and I pray the Holy Spirit strengthen you and encourage you and intervene in the affairs of permitting and planning these revival meetings.
I believe we living in a critical time in history and the last days and prophecy is unfolding before our eyes but this should inspire all of us to realize the urgency of the day. Jessie Duplantis was at his best last night, so good, many souls were touched by Holy Spirit. Keep on doing the good work of the LORD God. If you have not read Mike Thompson’s book, Third Heaven Authority, I highly recommend it. It has been a while, but I still reap the blessings from your conference at Cornerstone Church, in Fresno, with Jim Franklin.
Mario, we met in passing back in the early 70s at Calvary Community Church, in San Jose, CA. Your ministry at UC Berkeley and on Telegraph Avenue was in full bloom. And I knew then that God was using you and your team in a very special way. Since then, as a pastor of 40 years in California, I’ve followed you from a distance – and am overjoyed, amazed & God-struck with gratitude that you are still going full force as an advocate and a godly evangelist for revival in America!

The message is plain and simple: “which way will you choose?”, for God is an all consuming fire! No more fence sitting, no more wavering. The fight now is about good vs. evil, not about man made ideologies or dogmas that only serve to divide us.

The only way the Bride can come together as one body is through a movement of God’s Spirit coupled with the wisdom of God led leaders who can see the errors of the past and correct them.
Ecumenical Councils only work if they are God led. Historical studies of the past prove my point. Ironically, we have become more divided because we don’t include diversity of thought. Trust the consensus? The consensus is usually wrong because it is blinded by traditions. We can’t put God in a box and expect Him to operate in us at full capacity. What worked yesterday may not work today or tomorrow. Thank you for speaking the truth boldly. When I said these things years ago about pastors in my area, big name pastors didn’t believe me. A long time ago, almost 20 years ago already, I saw it happening across my city. I was speaking out against it then. I went to pastors and showed them Scripture. They always had excuses. It came down to “people need to feel good.” I have no problem with messages of encouragement, as long as it’s balanced with messages of hard hitting truth. I think of encouragement as an appetizer, not a main course. We don’t go to church to “feel good.” We go to worship God corporately and learn how to please Him. Sadly, besides the some of the fundamental Baptist churches here with their legalistic rules that aren’t in the Bible (and most the people in the church only follow in the sight of the pastor and deacons), I haven’t found a church speaking out following the hard truths of the Bible here. I haven’t found one where the members are a body of believers who treat each other as family. And I haven’t found many honest, God-fearing people in the church, either. It’s really sad.
