You do not support Trump? At this point, that does not matter. Voter Fraud is so lethal to freedom that every Christian should be vehemently demanding that immediate action be taken to expose it and root it out. Voter fraud is terminal cancer to freedom. Our Right to vote and choose the President is under attack by a group of people that do not respect our Republic nor those of US that do. A little back ground is called for.

…..The second, third, and fourth sections of the amendment are seldom litigated. However, the second section’s reference to “rebellion, or other crime” has been invoked as a constitutional ground for felony disenfranchisement .
Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may, by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
That background out of the way it is obvious they were having problems with getting the Elected to quit their rebellion/insurrection against the Constitution in the south even though they had agreed to cease hostilities against the Constitution and the Union. To address this they passed several Amendments to the Constitution among them the 14th with section 3 to provide a means of holding people accountable, by removal and bar to taking any office State or Federal, for Rebellion or insurrection against the Union and the Constitution they had in many cases taken an oath to Defend against all enemies foreign and domestic. Domestic being the primary word in the current instance.
It is ridiculous to think that an election would be given to the participants that have admitted to vote/election fraud and to try to even sort out the valid from invalid fraudulent votes. In any contest where one of those running has cheated it has always resulted in disqualification of that side from receiving any credit to their accounts because of the violation of trust. Biden’s admission of working and creating a vote fraud network is a rebellion against the Constitution he has taken an oath to uphold in the past and he must be disqualified to take any office of trust or honor in any Government State or Federal for his admitted participation. President Trump can and should undertake Executive action for this act of treason against all that have participated and those who have thrown road blocks in front of those investigating the acts that made this vote/election fraud possible. Any that have had any Foreign entanglement in this regards must suffer the death of a traitor unless they make full confession and name all they know participated and every detail of the frauds committed. They had a chance to come clean and give up the machines for inspection and forensic account but have thwarted all attempts to get at the truth. The scriptures tell us to pray for everyone. Romans 13:3 says “the powers that be from God are not a threat to the righteous.” Biden is an existential threat to the righteous and was elected by fraud, and therefore is not God’s choice and not America’s choice. You might as well have said to the colonists: “What are you going to do when George Washington fails and the people are disappointed? I am doing what the scripture says and pray for King George the third.”

Without TRUTH, our efforts at democracy fall within the genre of “garbage in, garbage out” and our efforts at achieving a functional democracy will fail. Thus, any intentional impediment to truth must be eliminated and considered problematic and conceivably treasonous.
If it were rational and logical to conclude that our goal is a functional democracy, it appears that an intentional and material lie or the withholding of truth by a Senator or Representative should be punished by expulsion and criminal penalties.
Our forefathers who wrote the Constitution designed a system of checks and balances by establishing the three branches of government; legislative, executive, and judicial.
Codified within the First Amendment of the Constitution is that Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech or of the press. This portion of the First Amendment enables the press or anyone else to present objective and truthful observations of our government. The First Amendment does not imply that the press or anyone is protected from untruthful information.
Whereas the press has the freedom to present the results of observations and investigations, it cannot present knowingly false information and, if it were to do so, would be subject to financial and criminal penalties. The withholding of exculpatory information would be subject to the same penalties. The critical tools which must be utilized by the press are objectivity and truth.
Large entities which are conduits and disseminators of information should be characterized as utilities, i.e., not proprietary.

It appears that certain states (Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin) may have violated their constitutions, the U.S. Constitution, their protocols, and may have made errors and may have allowed possible fraudulent activities, which taken together may have distorted the correct count of ballots in the 2020 national election.
Specific attention to protocols involving mail-in ballots with particular attention devoted to:
1. Verifying signatures
2. Disallow a ballot that is not signed
3. Disallow a ballot, received after November 3, 2020, not having a clear USPO postmark, dated not later than November 3, and no later than the time voting was to end.
4. Disallow those ballots that were not properly observed.
5. Review and determine why there was a simultaneous stoppage of counting in certain states.
6. Use a national CPA firm to do various testing.
7. Changes in protocols must be examined for propriety.
Herein, we are only addressing the votes cast for the Offices of President and Vice-President, since those are the only Offices that affect every state and every citizen, which is our primary concern.
Texas, recently, presented a brief to SCOTUS representing a lawsuit against those four states, apparently asking SCOTUS to overturn the election results in those four states. If that were the case, it may have been inappropriate.
Article III, Section 2 (excerpt):
The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, the laws of the United States, to controversies between two or more states.
The SCOTUS denied the lawsuit, stating that Texas does not have “standing”, i.e., the legal authority to qualify as a plaintiff in the proposed lawsuit.
Basically, to have standing, the plaintiff must be affected by a change in the outcome of an adjudication.
The three elements required to be judged as having “standing” are:
Injury in fact: Injury in fact means that a person has suffered an injury. In most cases, the injury must already have occurred, rather than being something hypothetical that might happen in the future.
Causation: Causation means that the injury to the plaintiff was caused by the person or party that is being sued. In other words, the party bringing the lawsuit needs to show that “but for” the defendant’s action or inaction, they would not have been injured.
Redressability: Finally, redressability means that the court will actually be capable of doing something to correct or make up for the plaintiff’s injury. This can mean ordering the defendant to undo what it has done, or if that isn’t possible, imposing penalties or fines that would have a deterrent effect.
Texas claims to have been possibly significantly injured due to these four states incurring possible errors and possible fraudulent activities in the counting of ballots causing the adjusted counts to be changed enough to have affected the outcome of each state enough to reverse the election for the Offices of President and Vice-President. Since the citizens of Texas had chosen President Trump and Vice-President Pence, if the outcomes of those four states were, collectively, to change enough to change the winner of the Presidential election from Biden to Trump, the citizens of Texas would be affected since the adjusted result of the election would change the winner from Biden to President Trump.
Whether the adjusted counts were sufficient to cause a change in the results, the review would reflect a healthy exercise of democracy. If the results were confirmed, it would provide confidence in the democratic process. If the adjusted counts were to change the results, it would reflect that errors within the democratic process can be corrected by the application of law and protocols.
Texas has no desire to advise any state as to the protocols established by each state’s legislature in accordance with law.
We, the People, must have and are entitled that our elections function to such an extent that we have the highest degree of confidence in the results.
The SCOTUS and the nation must appreciate and understand that additional due diligence is rational and critical when new, untested, protocols are introduced. It appears that it takes effort to maintain a Republic based upon the democratic process. The democratic process, to be functional, requires allowing the electorate to be exposed to information.
The actions of Twitter, Google, and Facebook affecting the flow of information may be treasonous.
In essence, those three large conduits of information threw sand in our engine of democracy. How can We, the People, make the best decisions when information is withheld?
Rather than seeking to invalidate votes, we are seeking an equitable counting of legitimate votes.

And, *YES* it must be fought in Heaven *FIRST* and then also here on earth!.
Seeing as public law has made the secret ballot null and void why not as part of the reform do the following.
1. As of registration deadline print the registered number of voter ballots complete with State Identifier and Serial Number.
People who move at the last minute would need proof of moving expenses and proof of mortage or lease agreement one year or longer.
These two things alone would prevent re-scanning or cross state balloting.
2. The final ballot must be COMPLETELY HUMAN READABLE. No barcodes or other Machine readable coding to ease the tally.
Georgia, at least where I voted, printed my ballot, but at no time was I strongly urged to double-check that the human readable content was what I had selected. Then there was that machine readable coding that I had no way of verifying matched my vote.
I am an “ok” programmer, I am without a doubt sure I could have written one or two lines of code to make the machine readable coding flip a certain percentage of votes.
3. Make it a Federal Felony to vote using a deceased persons ballot, with not less than 5 years in Federal Prison.
Mae it retroactive to include this election! We may have to build another prison or two. But, this is something we have to prevent in the future and recover from this instance as well.

Like King Jehoshaphat in 2 Chron. 20: 17-20, a scripture Mario gave us way back in March or so, we are about to enter verse 21 – “…he [the king] appointed those who should sing to the Lord, and who should praise THE BEAUTY OF HOLINESS [my emphasis], as they went before the army and were saying:

Dear Honorable Senator (insert your senator’s name):
According to recent polls over 70% of Republicans and (surprisingly) 17% of Democrats believe there was widespread fraud that occurred in the 2020 election. It is unfathomable to witness our judicial and top law enforcement branches of government doing nothing to investigate or prosecute! Truly unbelievable.
My hope is that 1) you have resolved to support the rejection of the electors from the six swing states for which there is ample evidence of fraud, 2) that you will support Vice President Pence if the situation presents itself and he puts forth the motion to reject the electors from these states where the limited but already abundant proof exists of the massive fraud that occurred and 3) demand that Governor [name of your state governor] and all appropriate departments of the state of [name of your state] begin a thorough investigation and auditing of the software used in our election (even though our state did not purchase the Dominion hardware, we should NOT assume that the software we used is not tainted) in support of our insistence that the other 49 States prove their election results are free of fraud.
I know there is a lot on your plate but I also hope you will stand with me and, I think, a vast majority of your constituents who are concerned that this battle is just not about a stolen election, but for the very preservation of our Constitution and Republic.

Yes, indeed—election fraud is about the future of our country.
As for who prophesied what, since we don’t know the future, we can’t yet judge those prophecies. But if it turns out that certain leaders did get their prophecies wrong, are we just supposed pretend it didn’t happen, or give them all a mulligan? Of course not.
As the saying goes, “Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on *me*.” Anyone with half an ounce of common sense wouldn’t lend their ear to any future “prophecies” made by someone who got a really big one wrong.
But anyway, yes, right now we definitely need to focus on fighting the battle before us in God’s strength.
In all climes and times we reap what we sow. If you give up the fight for election integrity with the mistaken idea that it’s just about Trump, you can blow a farewell kiss to the departing Bill of Rights — including the freedom to worship as, when, where, and with whom you choose. If you doubt it, you simply haven’t been paying attention.
This censorship of election fraud is straight from the pit of Hell!
