AND WHAT IF THE AMERICAN CHURCH DOES NOT REPENT?
What do you call it, when States want 8-year-olds to have the option to postpone puberty by providing them with pills? When the cities with the most murder, want the least police? When a protester argues in court that he has a First Amendment right to throw a fire bomb? When every major university is a ‘hate America’ factory. When every last one of the major news outlets black out opposing views? When the Democrat candidate for President wants radical abortion, radical socialism, and is an empty vessel whose campaign consists of saying that we should vote for him, because he is not Trump…
What do you call it when the American Church is largely unfazed by these alarming facts? When high profile pastors are on the wrong side of these issues. What’s worse, they can’t even take a stand, either to leave their church doors open or to sing worship songs.
Sorry, but the virtual church will never match a live and in-person church service. The most powerful videos are always the ones taken from a live service with fiery preaching and documented signs and wonders.
I know that I will get blasted for what I am about to say, but I can’t hold back the fire in my bones. Listen to how Andy Stanley justified his decision to keep his church closed until January 1, 2021:
“One of the things that I love about our churches is that we attract all kinds of people with all kinds of opinions and persuasions,” he said. “So, for some of you, this makes perfect sense and you may even be relieved. For others of you, this seems like an unnecessary precaution, perhaps a lack of faith on my part. You might even interpret this decision through a political filter. And honestly, I get all of that.”
Well, no, he doesn’t get it at all.
I am certain that his announcement plays well to the ‘woke’ crowd, but it is not consistent with the facts. First of all, people are dying because the churches are closed. And a wrecked economy is killing more people than the virus, by far. Lives depend on economic activity. When you stop that, you kill people. Suicide has reached record levels. So has addiction, despair and rage. Closed churches allow the devil free rein. The mental health epidemic of loneliness is the greatest in our history. The welcoming open door of a church is more of an essential lifeline now, than ever.
I am all for taking every precaution to prevent infections, but I will never agree to Democrat governors and mayors demanding that churches remain closed, while allowing thousands to mingle in public protest. Furthermore, there is no such thing as a public gathering that is 100% risk-free, and there never will be.
What if the conditions next year are the same as now? Will Stanley’s church remain closed permanently? The leftist media will do everything they can to give us that impression. Unless of course Biden wins, in which case, I guess the virus will just suddenly vanish.
Furthermore, many of the so-called ‘spikes’ are the result of dubious tests. At some test sites in Florida, 100% of those tested came back positive for the virus. Give me a break! Real Christians can recognize demonic deception. Real believers understand when a lie is killing their freedom.
And isn’t it odd how the same churches that don’t mind being closed, are the same ones that won’t endorse Trump or oppose the impending disaster of a Joe Biden presidency?
Not only is the lifesaving repentance ignored—it is dismissed and even ridiculed by some of these leaders. By postponing the national repentance that is so desperately needed, they are helping sign America’s death warrant.
So, what will happen if the American Church continues to refuse to repent? That is a horror I do not even want to describe to you.
Isaiah wrote about a similar crisis that parallels what is happening in our streets: “Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood; their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths. The way of peace they have not known, and there is no justice in their ways…” (Isaiah 59:7-8)
The current looting, fires and destruction are not the product of a civil rights movement. There is zero justice coming out of their rampage.
The Bible then describes how bad things became because of the God-haters: “Justice is turned back, and righteousness stands afar off; for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter. So, truth fails, and he who departs from evil makes himself a prey” (Isaiah 59:14-15a).
Beloved, this is what we are seeing today! Antifa, social-media-cancel-culture, and the oppression of believers who dare to speak out are clearly shown in these verses. The righteous even make themselves a prey in the ‘modern’ church!
So how did God react? Isaiah 59:15b-16a tells us, “…Then the Lord saw it, and it displeased Him that there was no justice. He saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor.”
The Lord was stunned that no one rose up to speak truth! God is as shocked today as He was then. Shocked that the very leaders He raised up to call America back to Himself, refuse to do it!
But, Mario, is there hope? The greatest hope is that you will see what God is about to do! “Therefore, His own arm brought salvation for Him; and His own righteousness sustained Him. For He put on righteousness as a breastplate, and a helmet of salvation upon His head; He put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloak. According to their deeds, accordingly He will repay, fury to His adversaries, recompense to His enemies; the coastlands He will fully repay. So, shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun; when the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him” (Isaiah 59:16b-19).
God is not waiting for the ‘woke’ pastors to wake up! He has decided that when it comes to America, He will take matters into His own hands—He is looking at you, you who are His body on earth. He is rising up within a remnant. Special power, special words, special miracles and special courage. We need to become the prayer of repentance, the voice of repentance, and the force of God against the flood of evil before it is too late!

A trusted man of God has said the LORD told him in May, that He (the LORD) was DONE with lukewarmness and that He was separating the sheep from the goats, the wheat from the tares. I suspect what we are seeing with the churches that are closing is the place occupied by the goats (some sheep that have been trapped there need to find another Pastor). I believe we are seeing what we are seeing as a result of the fact there is no fear of God in the land. No one thinks they will stand before God Almighty and give an account. Worse than no fear of God in the land, is no fear of God in the church house either. This too is about to change. I pray that God is about to do something that will be undeniable and there will be no place for the mockery that is currently so easily leveled at the ‘church’. What an blessed time to be alive. Praise the Name of our LORD.
Interesting verse in Ezekiel 34:10 (NLT) “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I now consider these shepherds my enemies, and I will hold them responsible for what has happened to my flock. I will take away their right to feed the flock, and I will stop them from feeding themselves. I will rescue my flock from their mouths; the sheep will no longer be their prey.”
I’ve been praying for God to raise up shepherds after His own heart!
What if the churches need to close forever? Maybe they need to close so that God’s people will rise up in homes and in public as they should. Maybe the churches need to close so people learn to take their rightful place as prophets, priests, and rulers in the world, and stop giving away their rightful inheritance to just one man (pastor) or a group of people in charge (church council, etc).
The people need to learn their identity in Christ, and the fulness of what that means.

Mario. I feel the pain watching all this. The devil is in the details. What I feel is Christians fear the rath of the devil but Their focus is wrong. What we need today is a sermon with HOLY anger BIG Hand Slapping on the pulpit and YELL why we must fear Allmighty GOD. I remember those sermons of long ago when shock was used to put believers in their proper mindset. The fear of the Lord is what this Nation Needs. NOW.

Mario, you present a very accurate picture of where we are today. I for one am very thankful that you speak up and are not one of these “woke” ones.
Our Lord used the parable of the wheat vs the tares. I believe we are in that stage and soon our Lord will differentiate the two groups. This whole parable is in reference to the kingdom. Wheat represents the truth, literally bread is often referred to as the staff of life. Tares {darnel} represent the counterfeit church. Remember Jesus said they look the same while growing. This time we live in could be getting very close to when the reapers come and act. I had a pastor that said if you ground up the tares into flower, baked it and ate it …..it would cause hallucinations, attacks on the nervous system and can make one seem drunk. Exactly the same as what you have laid out in the blog about these woke ones. Notice the outcome of what happens to those referred to as stumbling blocks in vs 41

[40] So just as the tares are gathered up and burned with fire, so shall it be at the end of the age. The good news and the encouragement of all who love truth and righteousness, is that we will be part of God’s Kingdom. All of this must happen according to scripture. Is this beginning to happen now? We are all guilty of thinking that God has to correct all of this wrongness in our time period by January 20th. God works in His own time period. Judah had to be in captivity for 70 years, then the scripture was fulfilled that all the prosperity false teachers quote out of context.
Jeremiah 29:11 NASB
[11] For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.
That was God’s plan for the Jews….but it was not until 70 years of captivity. Perhaps things have to get so bad in this country to makes us WANT for truth and righteousness. God will not force us to serve Him, but He has often used conditions around us to make us want Him. He desires all to attain eternal life.

As I live in CA, born and raised left only to join the Military, it is clear this issue was started by compromising christians and frankly wimps. When our church leaders supported hiring gays because it was seen as discrimination. Many of us then young minsters asked those over us “What about when they come for marriage”? “OH no, we will never stand for that”.

I believe the Church is repenting because God will prepare his bride. Those who do not do so, will be humbled further. The exposer and light shining starts with the people of God first. Reading Jeremiah, Isaiah, judgement not only came but followed them no matter where they ran too.

These days, it seems there is much confusion in the Church concerning the prophetic. In the Old Testament, if a prophet ever got a word wrong, he was considered a false prophet and subject to stoning. However, New Testament prophecy is a vastly different animal. In a nutshell, New Testament prophecy doesn’t carry the same weight as Old Testament prophecy, and is subject to fallibility.
This is why all prophecy nowadays is to be *tested*. If a prophet gets a word wrong, that doesn’t necessarily mean he’s a false prophet. Of course, if he gets things wrong more often than he gets them right, it’s only common sense that you’d stop listening to him. 😉

Has to be in Apostolic and Prophetic Order; if, there is no Apostolic there will be no true Priest. We’ve had too many giving words of pacify, placating, feel good words, conditions were ok when weren’t. You can tell who are bathed in prayer, write under the unction; Word comes out of them like rivers of living water as these two holiness men.

Yes, NewHeavenOnEarth. Actually, if I’m not mistaken, I believe that anyone—not just a prophet—can test a prophetic word.
Also, it’s not necessarily “either/or.” God can give us a word, but we can mix it up, unintentionally insert some of our own thoughts, etc. In fact, the mixtures are probably the hardest to discern. 🙂

For instance, if a prophet said, “God said that we need to cheat in the election just like the liberals, or else conservatives will never win!!”, I think any of us could discern that this message didn’t come from God. 🙂

I would like to share this important point:
God’s ability to act on our behalf within His Providence of Salvation is dependent on man fulfilling his portion of responsibility to obey and unite with God’s Will and God’s Word.
This is clear from the very beginning when Adam and Eve disobeyed God by not keeping the Commandment. That failure established the Kingdom of Hell on earth.
Could God just ‘magic’ that away. No! That is why the Providence of Restoration has taken so long, because man keeps disobeying God. Deut 28, 1 Sam 15. The Old Testament is littered with man’s disobedience towards God and the repercussions of that. That in itself should be the object lesson here. How did we miss that?
Why should salvation take so long if God is totally in control. Does God want to suffer as in Gen 6:6? Did God predestine his own misery? Of course not.
Whilst fallen man disobeys God and the heart of God, God’s Kingdom and the Messiah couldn’t come, and the Providence of Salvation is prolonged.
God predestines His Will, but man must unite with that Will for God’s Will to be accomplished.
Once we unite and obey, then God’s Blessing can come, Deut 28, which means God’s Will is accomplished, not Satan’s.
Man is the rudder on the ship. He ultimately determines the direction and course of that vessel.
Frankly this is just common sense, but many Christians have made such a meal out of this, putting everything on God whilst they sit back and do nothing.
Let’s remind ourselves, “Faith without action/works is dead”. James 2
If David didn’t step up that day and act, not just have faith that ‘somehow’ God would just strike down Goliath, then the Philistines would have probably destroyed the Israelite army. Without George Washington and his soldiers taking action, would the British be moved by the ‘Holy Spirit’ to pack their bags and leave?
Man must always act for God’s Will to be accomplished, just as Adam and Eve should have acted by keeping God’s Word, not listening to Satan, and then today we would be living in the Kingdom of Heaven.
So don’t entertain such nonsense that somehow God will just intervene without man making the right conditions, through unity of heart with God. You make the wrong condition, and Satan invades, always.
One of the conditions God needs now is the unity of Christianity centring on Donald Trump as with David, Moses, Joshua, Gideon, Jesus and the people.
What can you do if your children, spouse, workmates, employees decide not to co-operate with you? You are in deep trouble. Well God has been dealing with that reality since the Fall of Man. Except God just kept persevering, ‘working out our salvation’ like a shepherd and his sheep or a grand chess master.
Jesus prayed for the unity of his followers, Jn 17. So right there Christianity is disobeying Jesus and God. We are not united at all. That’s our sin right there. Yet everyone feels justified because they believe in Jesus and God yet at the same time are disobeying them. How does that work? How did that work for Adam and Eve, and the faithless Israelites throughout their history.
Christians have to wake up and realise they are the ones obstructing God’s Will right now, because they have not been united in ‘Seeking first God’s Kingdom and His Righteousness’, which also means ‘unity of heart’ as a people.
That is the lesson we must learn. Unite with God’s Word and with each other, which is the “Two Great Commandments’ that all the law and the prophets hang on”.
We have deceived ourselves into thinking if I believe in God and Jesus all is well. What did James say?
James 2:14 “What does it profit, my brethren, if a man says he has faith but has not works? Can his faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister is ill-clad and in lack of daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what does it profit? 17 So faith by itself, if it has no works, is dead”.
18 But some one will say, “You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith apart from your works, and I by my works will show you my faith. 19 You believe that God is one; you do well. Even the demons believe—and shudder. 20 Do you want to be shown, you shallow man, that faith apart from works is barren? 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he offered his son Isaac upon the altar? 22 You see that faith was active along with his works, and faith was completed by works, 23 and the scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned to him as righteousness”; and he was called the friend of God. 24 You see that a man is justified by works and not by faith alone. 25 And in the same way was not also Rahab the harlot justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out another way? 26 For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, so faith apart from works is dead”.
This says it all, if we have ears to hear!
Christianity like Nineveh must repent for God to be able to act decisively and unconditionally. We have to set the right conditions of heart and unity for God to be able to help us as in the prayer of faith.
Mt 12:38 “Then some of the scribes and Pharisees said to him, “Teacher, we wish to see a sign from you.” 39 But he answered them, “An evil and adulterous generation seeks for a sign; but no sign shall be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. 40 For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the whale, so will the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. 41 The men of Nin′eveh will arise at the judgment with this generation and condemn it; for they repented at the preaching of Jonah, and behold, something greater than Jonah is here. 42 The queen of the South will arise at the judgment with this generation and condemn it; for she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and behold, something greater than Solomon is here”.
These are Jesus’ words to Christians today!!!
Christianity’s ‘Great Re-set’ is to re-align our hearts with God, as Adam and Eve should have done in the first place.
Therein is our problem. Have we been keeping the ‘Two Great Commandments’?
The Second Great Commandment is the proof of our keeping the First One.
1 Jn 4:19 “We love, because he first loved us. 20 If any one says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, cannot love God whom he has not seen. 21 And this commandment we have from him, that he who loves God should love his brother also”.

IF, we all got back to the basics, our relationship with God, reading of our Bibles how can you not be moved and repent when you read the Gospels and all the amazing things God did to deliver; those true stories. Our prayer life, as Jesus example of Prayer and intimacy with the Father. The Malachi 4:5&6 call and also putting our homes in order as that’s our fruit also; as well as vertical relationship with the Father. Also, heeding Hosea 4:6 and 2 Chronicles 7:14 (don’t leave it for the few, that ALL would do). Someone ask me what my number one Book for Warfare and said the Bible, The 1st Edition of the *Three Battlegrounds by Francis Frangipane, as; how can you not repent as well as 1912 War On The Saints with Jessie Penn Lewis. Why Revival Tarries & America is Too Young to Die by Leonard Ravenhill, it would be turn a page and repent. Instead of the “Diabolical Narcissism” we are dealing with and our lack of fruit, mine included.

I have kept our church open for indoor services, they have been powerful services as everyone sacrifices to be there and can see the value in courage and sacrifice. I know it’s prohibited here in Sonoma County but I refuse to close the doors. Walmart, Target, Macy’s, Hallmark Card’s, Penny’s, Big 5 Sports, Dicks Sports, Marshalls, Ross, the list goes on,…..were all busy yesterday, packed with people. It’s hypocritical for the Governor to close churches. I wonder if the French Laundry was closed yesterday. Whoooops, someone call the attitude police, but it is time to take a stand and take it now before it’s too late. The churches in our county just fall right line, fearing the fines and the retribution from law enforcement (and I am Director of the Law Enforcement Chaplaincy Service in Sonoma County) with absolutely no resistance whatsoever, people are just told to dress warm to be outside. Stand now church or prepare to fall………
